Mission accomplished
I got to tell you, the friends that I have through church are absolutely amazing. When they get going doing God’s work it’s like they’re unstoppable. Last night we had put together a homecoming for our church. This church used to be a flourishing one with well over 200 members. We’re blessed on a great day now to have 30 people now, and that’s usually when we are hosting a pot luck. It seems like many churches are suffering currently with the loss of members. It almost as though people have forgotten about God entirely. Last night we were extremely blessed to have a hundred plus people at this spaghetti homecoming. We had a couple of really good singers that got up on stage to praise God with beautiful voices. I wish that our church would have that many people in attendance every week. I firmly believe that we will again have a thriving church. God is good and faithful, especially when we submit our plans to him. “Heavenly Father you know our hearts desire. We would love to have a church overflowing with new and old members. Last night we had prayed for just one person to show up but you answered our prayers with a blessing of over 💯!!!! Thank you for listening to our prayers. In Jesus name we pray amen.

The Lord’s thought!

What kind of thoughts do you allow to roll though your mind about yourself? I’m too fat, I look terrible today, I am stupid, no one likes me. Don’t let satan deceive you. God loves you and wants you to aline your thoughts with His. The Lord has positive thoughts about you. He wants you to have peace, a future and a hope.

How big is God?

What a mighty God we serve!
Strength, Philippians 4:13
My daughter has a wart on the top of her heal. It started as just a little thing but as time went on it grew much bigger. She is having trouble wearing shoes because it rubs and irritates it. We had tried just about every kind of medicine we could get our hands on but nothing seemed to work so we made a doctor’s appointment. The first appointment we went to the doctor gave us an opportunity to choose from the treatment that was readily available. As the doctor was explaining the process my wife and I had made our decision on which one but our daughter made hers out loud. The first option was to do a treatment plan coming back every two weeks for a long while and the other one was a one time treatment of liquid nitrogen. That one Is the one we had picked but as soon as our daughter saw the liquid nitrogen bottle she froze up, no pun intended. So we opted for the long-term treatment but with little success. we were sitting at home a couple weeks later and I told our daughter that we needed to do the other treatment because they can’t afford to keep going back and forth to the doctor. She said that she was scared. So I told her that God will be with her and give her the strength to get through it. so she agreed and we prayed before her next doctor visit. I was so proud of our little girl she walked in I did the treatment which involved scraping off the bad part of the wart first before the liquid nitrogen through the whole process she stayed completely still and didn’t even flinch. Sometimes life can throw us curve balls, things that can be very scary. With God in our corner leading us, guiding us, and carrying us through all these trials we can get through anything. Dear kind Heavenly Father thank you for always being with us innocent around us thank you for always comforting us when we are scared and guiding us through the darkness. Heavenly Father you are our Rock and our salvation, in Jesus precious name amen.
