Sunday night, I activated the scheduled prayer conference call ten minutes early. I decided to multi-task by texting my brother to see how he was feeling. I knew the day before he was having breathing problems.
He told me that he had felt bad all day. He took some short walks in hopes that he would feel better. I knew I didn’t have time to call him before the service. I was impressed to send him a prayer by text. It was delivered, read, and then I received a thank you. Our service started at 7:00, we prayed, read verses, read a short devotional, and prayed some more. During the service, I received this text from my brother.
“Starting to feel better. My 02 stats were at 93 all day, just checked them they’re at 97. Prayer works” JR
I thanked God for the message and shared it with the group.
YES, PRAYER WORKS!!! What a wonderful way to end our prayer service. Thank you, Jesus.
