Lay it at His feet

Do you ever feel like no one understands you or what your going through in your life? Death in the family or nasty divorce. Illness, maybe cancer or some other deadly disease. Depression or anxiety stricken every day to where you won’t leave your house. Are you lonely and unable to make friends, or when you do do they seem to fail you? Do you have some addictions, alcohol, drugs, pornography, gambling, shopping or eating. There is only one who knows it all, someone who understands what we are going through a million times over. God has heard, seen, felt and been through it all. He knows the devils tricks inside and out, the same ones that has been used on humans for many years over. Have you confessed your sins to Him today. Lay you problems down at His feet this morning before you start your day and see how you feel. Sometimes I forget to do this and my day ends up crummy. When I do lay it at his feet my day goes a lot better. Pray with me now. Dear heavenly father thank you for yet another beautiful day. Please forgive us for any of our sins and trespasses Lord known and unknown. Lord we give you all of our stresses worries fears problems and addictions this morning, we lay them at your feet. Today we do not want to be burdened with these things so that we may be better disciples for you to others. Help us to stay on your righteous path The road less traveled. And if we happen to fall please pick us up and dust us off Lord in Jesus precious name amen.
