It saddens my heart to hear all the despicable things that are happening around us. People filled with stupidity and anger along with so much violence. Every time I turn on the news there is a horrible story about racism or someone attacking another person with a machete. I can’t stand to turn on the TV anymore because it just fills my mind with all kinds of horrible sickening thoughts. It’s so hard in this day and age to keep your mind on the positive when there’s so much evil in it. The devil is working overtime on all of us. As Christians, we all need to stick together, but most of all stuck on God. The more and more we fellowship and praise God and look to him in all aspects of our life, that’s when we prevail. We don’t give the devil a foothold! On top of all the horrific things that are going on around us we also have normal things like being sick or the health of a loved one. We have to be on guard every second of every day otherwise the devil will overtake us. Remember also that we cannot fight against a spiritual enemy. It is up to God to help us do that. We need to be looking towards him to be our armor against the fiery arrows of the devil. I don’t want to be all doom and gloom today. I just want to send a clear message that I need to hear myself also. Study, prayer, surrounding yourself with goodness and Friends is how we’re going to make it. Trust and have faith in our God up above and he will get us through any obstacle.
It saddens my heart
