I want to hear from you even when you’re angry!

This is not something that we would typically say to someone. As a matter of fact most of us want to avoid those types of conversations. I mean who really wants to hear someone yelling and super frustrated. God does, as a matter of fact he wants to hear from us no matter what the circumstances are. I don’t know about you but I cannot count how many times I’ve yelled at God through my frustration and momentary sadness. Life is not clear skies and rainbows as a matter of fact the closer that we get to God on our walk the harder the devil attacks us. Instead of a trial that would only last a day or two turns into months or even years! Through all of this however we need to make sure that we have that constant communion with God, those conversations that help to lead and guide us through this life. Psalms 55:16-18 As for me, I called to God, and the Lord saves me. Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice. He rescues me unharmed from the battle waged against me, even though many oppose me. Psalms 62:8 trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. Psalms 32:6-7 therefore let all the faithful pray to you while you may be found; surely the rising of the mighty Waters will not reach them. You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. The Bible is full of verses like these, these are just a couple of my favorites. If you’re feeling angry or sad this morning frustrated and confused, then reach out to God even if you don’t feel like it. Even though He already knows what’s going on in your life let him know how you feel about it and I promise you you will have peace in your heart. God is the almighty comforter and is there for you in all circumstances. I challenge you today to draw closer to Him even in your weakest points because that’s when we need him the most. If you would like to make that change today then please join me in prayer. Dear Heavenly Father thank you for yet another beautiful day, and the opportunity that you’ve given us to go out and do your will. Lord we may be going through trials and tribulations in our life but we know that we can always come to you with whatever we’re feeling and going through for comfort. Please help us, lead us, and guide us in what you would have us do today. In Jesus precious name, Amen.
