1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

During the Christmas season, it can be merry and bright. For some, it is depressing and unmanageable because of deaths in the family, money problems, and many other reasons. It’s important to remember the verses above not just to help you through difficulties but also to continue your faith. God has a plan for each of us, and it doesn’t matter what we are going through; His plan is still in place. If we are always rejoicing, we focus on the good in our lives. Giving thanks keeps us appreciative of God’s gifts. Please join me in prayer this morning. Dear heavenly Father, thank you so much for us just being able to get out of bed this morning and go out and do the things you have set out for us to do. Touch our hearts today and show us all the good things that you’ve placed in our paths every day. Thank you for the opportunity that we have today to lay our burdens at your feet, helping us to be able to go out and help others. Please watch over us and protect us today with all the bad weather that we’ve been having, and watch over all the other drivers as well. Please show us what needs to be done today, Heavenly Father in Jesus’ precious name, amen!

“Sing a new song to the Lord! Let the whole earth sing to the Lord! Sing to the Lord; praise his name. Each day proclaim the good news that he saves. Publish his glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does. Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise! He is to be feared above all gods.”

Be Ready For The Lord’s Return!

bible.com/bible/116/luk.12.40.NLT

““Be dressed for service and keep your lamps burning, as though you were waiting for your master to return from the wedding feast. Then you will be ready to open the door and let him in the moment he arrives and knocks. The servants who are ready and waiting for his return will be rewarded. I tell you the truth, he himself will seat them, put on an apron, and serve them as they sit and eat! He may come in the middle of the night or just before dawn. But whenever he comes, he will reward the servants who are ready. “Understand this: If a homeowner knew exactly when a burglar was coming, he would not permit his house to be broken into. You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected.””

Draw Us Near To Your Throne Of Glory! 😇

““Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.””

Dear Heavenly Father,
Nothing is impossible for you. You heal, protect, comfort, and supply all our needs. Nothing is too big or too small. I lift all that is broken, needs healing, needs a job, struggling with finances, struggling with relationships, lost in addiction, homelessness, but most of all in need of salvation. Lord, the world needs you. We all need more of you. Draw us near your throne of glory, so we don’t stumble and fall. Father, I ask your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Let us reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. Jesus came to redeem the world. Thank you for the gift of redemption. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen

For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.”

God Is Greater!

The enemy amplifies your fears. He makes a big deal out of your weaknesses. He exaggerates your troubles. And He lies about your worth. Enough with him, already! Oh, magnify the Lord with me! Let us exalt His Name together! He is greater than our fears and stronger than our enemy. He is mighty to save and brilliant in power. He’s a chain breaker and a dream maker! Turn a deaf ear to the enemy. Refuse to rehearse his threats. Lift up your eyes to Jesus this day. He’s a miracle—working God and He has no rival. You’re secure in Him. #SusieLarsonBlessings

Psalm 34:1-3 (ESV) ~ I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!
